5. What should happen to a contract when it has expired and a new one has been created?
Odoo bot will archive the old contract automatically, ensuring that the new contract is the only valid contract Both contracts will remain active in the contracts screen and any new orders will pull from the new contract assigned in Odoo Both contracts will remain active in the contracts screen, but the sales representative should archive the old contract to avoid any conflicts Creating a new contract for a customer will automatically remove the old contract from the system
6. What are the two thresholds that Odoo considers when a contract is to be renewed?
30 days before the expiry date and when the balance of a line reaches or exceeds 50% of the agreed quantity 60 days before the expiry date and when the balance of a line reaches or exceeds 80% of the agreed quantity 5 days before the expiry date and when the balance of a line exceeds 75% of the agreed quantity 1 day after the expiry date and when the balance of a line reaches or exceeds 101% of the agreed quantity
7. How can a sale representative view all contracts assigned to their sales team marked to renew?
Go to the contracts view, under filters select to renew, then under group by select sales team Go to Documents from the apps screen, select contracts from the menu, under filters select to renew, then under group by select sales team Go to Accounting from the apps screen, select contracts from the menu, under filters select to renew, then under group by select sales team You can't. It is not possible to do this
